My name is Neil Madsen and I am the owner of Beacon Car Sales here in sunny Whangarei.
My family moved here in 1978 where I attended Kamo High School.
I was an International Flight Attendant for Air New Zealand for 17 years so I understand that outstanding customer service is the only real point of difference in many businesses today.
Beacon Cars began life in 2014 and I have grown to love dealing in cars. I've been in it long enough to know what a decent car looks like, but not too long to have lost the drive and enthusiasm. I am very proud and very excited to open this new yard at 4 Reyburn Street in Whangarei.
When I manage to get some spare time I spend it with my partner Wendy, her three boys and Molly our basset hound. My parents are both in their 90's and are resident at a local nursing home here in Whangarei. I try and see them every day.
